With nearly 10 years of success in the residential and commercial real-estate markets, Suneet Diwan focuses his legal practice primarily on business transactions. He advises individuals and businesses in purchasing or leasing hospitality, retail, office, multifamily, and industrial properties. He also provides legal advice and representation in real-estate financing. Mr. Diwan currently holds an active license in the State of Washington as a Real-Estate Broker. In his capacity as a Real-Estate broker, Mr. Diwan assists clients with leasing negotiations as well as mergers and acquisitions of small and mid-sized businesses.

Suneet also advises clients regarding the formation of various non-profit and for-profit entities. In addition, Mr. Diwan provides assistance with asset and stock purchases, transaction documentation, and corporate governance. Building upon his knowledge and experience as a real-estate broker, Mr. Diwan founded & is the majority shareholder in various commercial real-estate/hospitality corporations such as Dimension Investment Group I & II and ASI Investment Group LLC.

Mr. Diwan is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington. He is also a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the North American South Asian Bar Association, and the South Asian Bar Association of Washington. He co-founded the Real Estate Law Students Association at Seattle University School of Law where he received his J.D., and Master’s Degree in Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from the University of Washington.
