Christopher is licensed to practice law in state of Georgia. He operates DC law group's affiliate office, Diwan Law LLC, located in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining DC Law Group, Christopher held a variety of positions with one of the largest collection law firms in the nation. In this capacity, he served as assistant general counsel, legal compliance officer and senior litigation associate.

His former position allowed him direct access to many of the major creditors and provided him with firsthand experience in the collections industry. Christopher successfully litigated a variety of claims in Federal and State Court, including those involving claims under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (GFBPA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Additionally, Christopher is knowledgeable about Georgia's garnishment statutes and has argued numerous traverses.

Earlier in his career, Christopher also served as a solicitor for a major county in Georgia. As a solicitor, he was responsible for the prosecution of all state misdemeanor crimes in state court as well as all county ordinance violations.. While working as a solicitor, Christopher successfully conducted numerous criminal jury and bench trials and handled countless DUI cases.

In his spare time, Christopher has also created a blog that discusses current issues facing consumers and creditors.
